In my more than 20 years of professional experience I have worked in all areas of communication, including newsroom, Public Relations agency and Corporate Communication department of large companies.  

Since December 2018, I have been Vice President of Corporate Communications at Arcos Dorados, the company that operates McDonald's in 20 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In this role, I am responsible for protecting the company's reputation through integrated communication strategies, including external and internal audiences, offline and online media; in addition to managing crises that impact the institutional image, and leading the consumer relationship center (SAC). 

Before that, I was Corporate Communications Director for the Brazil Division of the same company for two and a half years. At Arcos Dorados I also led the sports projects of the McDonald's brand in Latin America for six years, a period that included the coordination of multidisciplinary work for the two major world events held in the country: the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil and the Rio 2016 Olympic Games .

I was Samsung's Sports Marketing Manager in Brazil, where I had the opportunity to strategically contribute to the company's various business segments through sports-related actions. 


I also worked at Nike, as Corporate Communications Manager. There, I had the opportunity to coordinate product launch strategies, optimize the exposure of sponsored athletes and clubs, in addition to institutional matters and crises of relevant repercussion in the sports market.


I taught MBA courses in the subjects “Practical Sports Marketing”, from Trevisan Escola de Negócios, and “Sports Communication Planning”, from ESPM.

I am a member of the Deliberative Council of the Brazilian Association of Business Communication (Aberje) and a member of the "Page Society", the largest association of Public Relations and Business Communication professionals in the world. 


I was recognized as the Communicator of the Year 2017 by the same Aberje and as one of the Marketing professionals of 2015 by the prestigious publication Meio&Mensagem.


I have a bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Faculdades Integradas Alcântara Machado (FIAM), I am a specialist in Corporate Communications from Fundação Cásper Líbero, in addition to training as a Board Member at IBGC.

I am a long-distance triathlete, swimmer and marathon runner. More recently, I published the best-selling book "Iron Routine" (Ed. Planeta), in which I narrate my struggle to overcome cancer, supported by sports teachings.
