In Rotina de Ferro (Iron Routine), I address my conviction that we can all overcome the challenges we face. Whether physical, psychological or health, we have the ability to channel the efforts needed to get there. This process is not easy. It takes a lot of patience, resilience and, above all, the will to make dreams come true.
In the work, I narrate that I never thought I could face a disease as aggressive as cancer. It's difficult for someone who has always been so healthy, active and disciplined to fall in line and who had a hobby of competing in Ironman, the most feared and longest-running triathlon modality.
I understood that I shouldn't waste time looking for explanations about why I got sick. I focused on channeling all efforts to overcome difficulties, creating a parallel between the lessons learned in high-resistance sports practice with the reality of having to overcome what would be his biggest challenge in life.
A story of inspiration and motivation for all those who go through difficult times in life and who need help trying to overcome them.
Aware that many people need help to overcome the disease, all royalties are donated to the Brazilian Association of Lymphoma and Leukemia (ABRALE).
