Biography

25 years of professional experience in all areas of communication, including journalism, Public Relations agencies and the Corporate Communication department of large companies.

As of December 2018, I have been Vice President of Corporate Communications for Arcos Dorados, a company that operates McDonald's restaurants in 20 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, where I have the responsibility to protect the company's reputation.

 

Before that, I served as Director of Corporate Communications for the Brazil Division of the same company for two years and medio. In Arcos Dorados, he also led the sports projects of the McDonald's brand in Latin America for six years, among the major world events held in Brazil: the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 and the Rio Olympic Games 2016.

 

He worked as Sports Marketing Manager for Samsung in Brazil and, before that, he worked at Nike as Corporate Communications Manager.

 

I am graduated in Social Communication by the Integrated Faculty Alcantara Machado (FIAM), with postgraduate in Corporate Communication by the Cásper Líbero Foundation, in addition to being certified as a member of the Board of Directors, by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).

 

Currently, I am part of the Deliberative Council of the Brazilian Association of Business Communication (Abjerje) and a member of the “Page Society”, the largest association of professionals in Public Relations and Business Communication in the world.

 

He was recognized as the 2017 Year Communicator in Brazil by misma Aberje and as one of the 2015 Marketing professionals by the prestigious Meio&Mensagem magazine.

I play triathlon and swimming as hobbies. In 2020, publish the book “Rotina de Ferro” (Rutina de Hierro), in which I struggle to overcome a cancer caused by sports activities.
